Membership, Fees, and Cancellations

How can I become a member?

To join, please add us as a friend on LINE and make a reservation for your first trial session.

During the first trial, we will introduce you to the features of our club, the rooms, and how to use the equipment (approximately 10 minutes), and then you can try using the equipment yourself.

If you are satisfied with the usage fees, you can register as a member on the spot (credit card required).

After registering as a member, you can freely make reservations 24/7 at any available time slot.

Can I tour or try the facility?

Yes, you can make a reservation for a tour or trial session. Please add us as a friend on LINE and book your first trial session. The first trial is free of charge.

Can you tell me about the pricing structure?

Our facility is entirely membership-based. Please refer to the pricing plans for monthly fees and bay usage charges.

When is the payment due?

Monthly membership fees are charged on the 20th of each month for the following month. Payments can only be made by credit card.

For the first payment upon joining, the payment will include the registration fee + the first month’s membership fee (prorated) + the membership fee for the following month.

What about cancellations?

If you notify us of your cancellation by the 10th of the month via LINE, you can cancel by the end of the same month. Please note that if you rejoin after canceling, a re-registration fee will apply.

Is there a pause option?

Yes, we offer a membership pause option.

Reservations

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be easily made via our official LINE account with just a tap. You can check the reservation screen and book any available slots in real time.

What are bay tickets?

Associate members must purchase bay tickets to book a bay.

Tickets can be purchased from the member’s My Page, and then you can reserve an available time slot. Please note that tickets are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

Regular members and above do not need to purchase bay tickets and can directly book available slots.

Regular members can hold one reservation at a time, while Premium members can hold up to two reservations at a time. Once a reserved session is used, members can make their next reservation.

What are the available usage hours?

Each reservation allows you to use the bay for 60 minutes, from the start of the hour (00 minutes) to 59 minutes. Please ensure you exit on time to allow a smooth transition for the next member.

How many sessions can I book per day?

There is no limit. Any member can book another session if a slot is available 45 minutes after their previous reservation start time.

How many reservations can I hold at once?

It depends on your membership type:

  • Premium members can hold up to two reservations at a time.
  • Associate members can hold up to two reservations at a time (requires bay tickets).
  • Regular members can hold one reservation at a time.
Can I cancel a reserved session?

Yes, reservations can be canceled up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. After this point, cancellations are not allowed. Since each bay is shared among members, we appreciate your understanding.

How far in advance can I book a session?

Reservations can be made up to approximately one month in advance via our website.

Facility Usage

Can I rent clubs?

We provide right-handed rental clubs, including one set for men, one set for women, and one set for juniors. Additionally, we always have multiple driver options, including the latest models, as well as shafts with various flexibilities and balance points (soft, stiff, tip-flex, and butt-flex).

Can non-members use the facility?

Depending on the membership plan, up to 2 to 4 people, including the member, can use the facility.

Do you offer shoe or glove rentals?

We do not offer shoe rentals. However, we do have gloves available in various sizes.

How do I use the facility?

Reservations and door access are managed through your smartphone. Detailed instructions will be provided upon enrollment.

Is there a height restriction?

The booth dimensions vary by location, but generally, they are approximately 300 cm in height and 380 cm in width. Most users will have no issues, but depending on your height, swing, and the clubs you use, there may be restrictions. We recommend checking during your trial visit.

Are restrooms available?

Yes, restrooms are available within the facility.

Do you accommodate left-handed players?

Yes, The Golf House Ochanomizu and Kyobashi Hatchobori locations have bays for both right- and left-handed players. However, The Golf House Musashi-Koyama is right-handed only.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, you may bring alcohol. However, please ensure proper cleanup to maintain hygiene and prevent inconvenience to other members.

Is eating and drinking allowed?

Yes, eating and drinking are permitted. However, we ask that you refrain from bringing food with strong odors that may affect the next user. Please take all trash with you to maintain cleanliness. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility.

Can I take lessons?

Yes, lessons are available.

We have scheduled “staff hours” a few days per week, during which experienced staff—such as former trainees and current university golf team members who consistently shoot under par from the back tees—offer free lessons. Additionally, lessons from tournament professionals are available on designated days.

Is parking available?

We do not have dedicated parking. Please use nearby coin parking or metered parking spaces near the facility.

Are there any closed days?

We are open year-round. However, in cases of building maintenance, special events, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will notify members via LINE or other communication channels.

Where are the locations?

We have three locations: Ochanomizu, Musashi-Koyama, and Kyobashi Hatchobori. All locations are within a 3-minute walk from the nearest station.

About the Simulator

What kind of simulator do you use?

We use the TrackMan 4, known as the world’s most accurate launch monitor. It is widely used by professional golfers, including those on the PGA Tour.

Can I practice putting?

Yes, the TrackMan 4 includes a putting analysis function, allowing for high-precision putting analysis. Additionally, each location is equipped with a dedicated putting area.

What features does the TrackMan 4 offer?

The TrackMan 4 provides a shot analysis mode, where you can analyze club movement and swing mechanics while tracking your ball flight—similar to practicing at an outdoor driving range.

It also offers virtual rounds on famous courses such as St. Andrews and Pebble Beach, as well as game modes for entertainment, including party-style challenges.

Our staff will guide you through its features during your trial session.

Can I bring my own golf balls?

Yes, you may bring your own golf balls. However, please ensure they do not get mixed with the balls provided by our facility and take them with you when you leave.

Can I receive guidance on how to use TrackMan?

Yes, our teaching staff provides assistance during staff hours. Additionally, we have created easy-to-follow instructional videos, which you can refer to at any time.
